@pulsar the more fractals you use the better it is it is clear that one has to use a vast amount of imagination to create something, it does not read that it has to be a single formula, as described with the ferns, collagues of elements are perfectly fine, this serves another thing: "showing that layering needs to be supported by the programs" so, if you create something out of layering fractals together to form something "new" it demonstrates that the programs should support such features i hope that answers the question

I didn't expect to participate in the competition this year, but today I got an amazing idea. I may be back into the game for a while.

Resemblance
...This year the goal is to resemble a Living Object.
Living objects are plants, animals, humans, parts of humans, faces, anything related. The "Living Object" serves
as a strict distinction between "Euclidean" Objects, like straight lines, circles, spheres cubes this is considered
"Non-Living" like cars, buildings and stuff...

When I look at many entries in this section, I wonder how strict this distinktion will be handled. I think it'll be a disgrace, if a "resembled" building or city will win this section, because noone gives a damn on the rules...

i am concerned about this as well, and i think i will move them all to the still frame section soon, in fact just 1 or 2 images qualify, especially the descriptions do not qualify, for a description of what actually is resembled

Hi Christian,

I have posted 3 entries in still frame.
I now want to put an entry in 'resemblance' but I do not get an option to do so.
Am I doing something wrong?
