Hello Madman,

My work is mainly an application of a model developed by Brouers and Sotolongo:

I have applied it to a study of enzyme inhibition by metals. Considering that the protein surface has a fractal structure, the metal can bind to a variety of sites. This yields a statistical distribution of rate constants, from which the Brouers-Sotolongo model can be derived.

I have also applied a variant of the model (eq. 2 in the cited publication) to the pharmacokinetics of methotrexate (an anticancer drug).

At this time, I have only published a FreeBASIC program to fit the model :
