If the rolling fractals has generated by a lot of circles what have fractal convergence what sliding like a gears mechanism, a circle with ray zero, just generate a fractal. But the values of Zeta function of Rieman applied of complex number Z[a+bi] where Z is the Zeta function, if (a) was fixed and (b) contain all real numbers, this graphic on complex space was generated like a rolling fractals by gears whick have rays (1;1/(2^a);1/(3^a);1/(4^a);1/(5^a);...;0) where last gear with ray zero will generate this graphic on the complex space, issue for the graphic is unperiodical (the graphics from my topic "About Riemann Hypothesis" in same chapter "New theories & research")
