Doing a quick test. Seems like you can get the fractal parameters, but not the camera position.
For example you have keyframes 1 and 2 with 10 intermediate frames, and you want to get frame 5.
Put 5 in Start index and End. Click "Start rendering..."
Then in the main window you can save the .m3p. It will save the interpolated fractal params, but unfortunately not the interpolated camera position. Better than nothing.
