Question about Saving of JPGs in Mandelbulber

hi,I do not even know this topci  will be read but I'd love to  ask a question and get an answer........I've dpwnloaded the mandelbulber open source version for windows and I find it great.Lovlely toy but........when I think I have saved the image as a jpg .....this  won't show as an image.I am sure therew is a step I miss but  I can't get at it.Can anyon e help,please?

Few days ago I sent to you private message with some questions about this problem. Please check your inbox ("My messages") on forum. I will repeat the same here:
- If I understand the images are not saved properly. Did you used "Save JPG" function from "Image" tab? Did you tried to save image in other image formats (png, png16-bit)?
- what operating system are you using? Which version? 32-bit or 64bit?
- which version of Mandelbulber did you tested?
- Can you send to me some saved image file? My email address: buddhi1980 at gmail dot com
