Just joined. Started making fractals a few months ago, and want to improve, learn more and what not. Right now, my biggest problem is in rendering. I use Apophysis. Looking forward to learning more!

Hello and Welcome to the forums!

What aspect of rendering is giving you trouble?  There are many helpful folks here who can very likely assist.

Maybe post some renders as an example and describe what you would like to see different about them.

Meanwhile, enjoy the forum    smiley

Greetings, and Welcome to this particular Forum !!!    smiley

There is a lot of knowledge and experience available here, so you have the opportunity to learn a great deal.  But you probably would get more assistance for Apophysis within the Email Discussion List created for just that purpose:

Welcome!  grin Apophysis is cool, I agree. Although it's not the "purest" of the fractals, I feel they allow the most room for creative expression. And it's easier to have a random picture throw at you, rather than having to hunt through coordinates for one yourself... good luck! And please do give some more explanation of what you mean by the "steps"...

Someday, man will understand primary theory; how every aspect of our universe has come about. Then we will describe all of physics, build a complete understanding of genetic engineering, catalog all planets, and find intelligent life. And then we'll just puzzle over fractals for eternity.
