Manual/Tutorial based on v2.09

Lately I stumbled upon a new Manual for Mandelbulber v2 (while searching for something else)
Dunno why this is not officially announced, but it is from the original authors of Mandelbulber.
Version is below 1.0 but it looks quite valid on first glance...

hi taurus,

its valid, but is is still missing explanations of important GUI parts.
buddhi, mclarekin and i put this together in september 2016 for the last release.
Lately we have been pretty occupied with new features for upcoming version 2.10 that we did not progress in this document.
btw next version of this doczument will be in latex format, work on this has just begun here: https://github.com/buddhi1980/mandelbulber_doc

Unfortunately it is not a high priority at the moment ,  (and I don't enjoy doing it .)

But if there is anything in the existing document that is unclear, I would like know and will try and reword it.

Extending the document is going to take time.

Thanks so far guys. It was meant as a hint for those having trouble to get started with mandelbulber. Luckiely I seldom need a manual for that program, but many thanks for the effort on this. I know, what a dull job documentation can be.

Oh yes. I had a closer look now and there is only little about gui features. But the general parts about fractals, distance estimation and interpolation methods are interesting too...
