Save images in Mandelbulber 3d

I'm new to this program.

How to save the images generated with this program?

I try to save the images in large format but this message appears to me. View Link:

You haven't said what format or what version.
However, I have had no issues with saving png files at 7680x4320 with Mandelbulb3Dv190.

I also presume that you mean mandelbulb3D, and stating your program version is also very helpful when you have a question.

On my computer the latest two versions of Mandelbulb3D (1.9.0 and 1.91) are not always stable. From the image you enclosed it looks like you have version 1.9.0 in which if I recall correectly were some problems with languages  not being stream-lined yet and some stability issues. You can try and download version 1.9.1 here http://www.fractalforums.com/index.php?action=downloads;sa=view;down=64 and if you prefer you can also try an older version (very stable, less possibilities) http://www.fractalforums.com/index.php?action=downloads;sa=view;down=52

One of the two should solve your problems with image saving.
