Issue with activating Synthclipse

Hello. I just found out about Synthclipse Yesterday and DLed it. When I opened the file Today and tried to run it I got this exit code= 13 error message. Is there a reason why this is happening because I'm stumped and I can't find any other place on-line with a Forum for this Software except here.

It looks like you have Java version lower than 8 (or more than one version of Java, and the default is lower than 8 ). See http://synthclipse.sourceforge.net/faq.html#Why_there_is_no_synthclipse_perspective to fix this.
