need some help w version 2.06

excuse my english

i'm trying to get MB2 2.06 in PAF [portableapps.com]
that way the directory, logfile in the %userprofile% and the registry key is back-upt and cleaned after running
its an easy way to keep my old system clean and as fast as possible

but it looks that somehow MB2 will looks for the qt-data in the launcher main folder
if MB2 is started from a batfile, it looks in the CMD main folder

I'm not a programmer, for me the only way left is asking
do I miss something or is there a way to get this working
