1.9 Navigator portrait aspect ratio problem

150% Navigator does not resize correctly (to maximum desktop height) and moves the bottom panel controls off the desktop.
Decreasing  Navigator size to 100% creates access violation.

After reopening the application after the previously mentioned access violation, I found the .ini file was corrupted.
All the folder paths were missing.
Using the Navigator in portrait mode at 100% size produces a continuous flicker.

Edit:
Switching to the Windows theme seems to solve the flicker problem.

Switching to the Windows theme seems to solve the flicker problem.

Confirmed, using the classic theme can reduce flickering in the Navigator, hopefully there will be a better solution for the next version
