This may be due to the fact that it has become increasingly difficult to have such talks on the established "PhiloFractal" email discussion list, which is hosted through the Fractalus Domain.  That email list has been around for many years, but since Damien Jones moved the email servers, many ISPs are now blocking the postings.

I will let others from the email list know about this new Board and see if they wish to just move over here instead.
