Over the years I have had great deal of interest in the mathematics associated with the generation of fractals and also the presence of fractals in nature. Since I have retired, I have been looking at what has been taught about fractals in high school. I realize that prior courses in algebra, geometry, and perhaps trigonometry would most likely be needed.  I would appreciate receiving comments or links to sites that pertain to the methods that have been or are being used to teach this topic.

I don't know if this is useful to teach high school students, but the course that taught me most is this:
