I dont know if this is even possible but can you make so we can move around in real time and i got a question to why so low resulotion is it possible then to make it a bit better

Darkbeam covered the real time issue, but the resolution of images is unlimited except by your hardware.  What are you referring to?  DPI Resolution, or Pixel Resolution?  DPI can be adjusted in an image editor, and Image Size (Pixel Resolution) is set right in MB3D.

Please clarify this part of your question.
