3D Animated Fractal

This is my first animated 3D fractal. It circles around a point in the Julia Set. I'm planning on making another soon.

hello and welcome to the forums, heightmap rendering ... so do you mind telling us what software you used?

I wrote a program for generating the textures. One for a bump map, one for a texture map, and one for a displacement map. They were 4096x4096 and I needed over 3000 so I wrote it in  Cuda. I then loaded these into blender and rendered it using cycles.
