finally got around to implementing glitch correction after putting it off for too long..  now there are julias instead of blobs, yay

thanks    i just realized, that might not actually be julias?  or is all blob material usually julias?  *shrugs* ...all i know is no more blobs ==

looks like a higher order 2-fold embedded julia set, using terminology from here: http://mrob.com/pub/muency/secondorderembeddedjuliase.html

typically they get more blobby the higher order they are, also their higher-fold echoes have blobs too (without glitch correction).
