Chaotica 1.5 was recently released, with keyframe animation editing and many other improvements.

Baka Arts has made another great Chaotica tutorial video for this release, showing how to use the new keyframe animation features:

Hi, sorry for the delay in posting to the Mac App Store - I've a bug or two to fix first for Chaotica 1.5.1 which will then immediately be submitted to Apple for approval.
