Hello,
i encountred a strage thing...when trying to save a flame that has a final transform in it, the final transform wont save with the other triangles and simply dissapears. anybody can explain? or is it just a fixed error in apophysis? thx.

You can try to copy the parameters (ctrl+c) instead of saving them. Do those work?

My girlfriend and I had the same problem, i found a post on deviant art (and promptly lost it again !!!!!!) that described how to fix this. If you load the .flame file in a text editor (i'm on mac so we used textedit) and remove the code 'nabled=1' from the final xform line then all flames should load with the final transform in place. I won't pretend to understand the code - it baffles me, but we tried this method and it fixed the problem. Hope it does for you too.
