Mundelbulb with other 3d software how ?

how can i use mandelbulb as environnement with 3ds max or other 3d software
for example i have made this video

and i need to add some 3d mundelbulb scene as environnement.
how i can do that ?

From your description it is a bit confusing what you want to do. Replace the terragen environment with one produced with fractal software or just add a mandelbulb as an object in the terragen world. Mandelbulb3D outputs an alpha channel if I'm not mistaken so you can sync the camera movements and layer. Also you can create a mesh from voxels (there are tutorials linked in other threads here). Without knowing exactly what you want to do it is hard to give you the best advice.
