what are the core updates? can you summarize it in three sentences?

the page is very overloaded with unsorted information. I do not get the point.
1.) because no information structure (information overload)
2.) no simple principles who can be described convincingly within not more than 500 words.

I Agree with F´nF, except for an add for some water filter, there´s impossible to understand a single sentence, I´m curious about what kind of collaboration are asking for.
