hi everyone,
I'm finding using this forum more challenging then using mandelbulb3d (never used a forum before)!!!
Anyway hope this goes ok. Let me introduce myself.
I'm an artist and since 5 years addicted to fractals. Till I found mandelbulb3d I was using incendia in combination with chaospro, apophysis, chaosscope and again combined with zbrush and photoshop.
I had my artwork printed out ,the biggest 1meter x 160 , framed and had an exhibition but was dissapointed by the lack of understanding amongst the public and friends.
I was getting pretty lonely with noone to talk to who understood anything about fractals so I decided to join this forum. I don't understand much about the math side of things but I do understand the concept. I see fractals everywhere around me even my life turns out to be a fractal when you see how events therein repeat.
Anyway I'd like somehow in the future to make a fractal statue ...in colour and not the size of a 3d print...too small. I'm having a new houseboat built so I'll have to be patient for now.
