I tried to set new directories in the ini tab but it does not save them. I also dragged the working window to a bigger size and it always reverts to a smaller size when closed and opened. I am happy to report that the 3DNavi will now display MengerHyper formulas.

Seems this was all a problem with folder permissions in Windows7. Everything works fine now.
