Here is 1.798 generated log file. I have pretty strange default font. I hadn't good unicode font working with both english and russian and all the software I have, so I used this (DS Sholom Medium) as default. It is hard to watch, but it works. http://www.benzion.ru/main.php?topic=download&page=fontsBut a font shouldn't be the reason for M3D failing to initialise, coz switching to arial font don't solves this problem. Thank you Asdam, hopefully the report will show the exact location of the issue so i will see what the problem is.
Thx 0Encrypted0 too, yep i forgot the 4d rotations to copy, flickering scrollbar is strange, what OpSystem? There are many less important issues with the display, mostly in emus.

... what OpSystem?
I've experienced the same in Win7 pro. But just sometimes ... and only on rollover if the Nav-Window is not active or on mousewheel when not hit a slider before. Btw .... wow. Transparency and refraction. You know that calls for caustics! And how about self-luminuous? Sorry, just joking ... thanks a lot Jesse

translucency? on arbitrary formulas?! If you got the time But it is similar to reflections, with complicated surfaces you receive noise. And it needs more effort to be useful, for example if you wants water with a ground, the minDE is not enough because you also have take care if the raymarch is changing the objects somehow. Else there is nothing under the water...

(program functions inserted on the right side, maybe i skipped a row.. does not matter) So it must be a strange component that was not found when trying to make the navis formular on startup. Dunno what exact component class this is, but i can remove an old, not used anymore, one that might causes it. If you (@Asdam) like to test modified versions please give me a not in a pm and i will send it to you. Thanks again! ps: i got the feeling that the new compiler has some issues, like that strange behaviour with MengerHyper and navi i can not figure out

Access violation with _TranslateRnd One when updating parameter in Navi window. Other from opening Navi window. Tried this on several parameter files.

Thanks 0Encrypted0,
these addresses does not point to the main program so i assume that this issue occured in the dynamic loaded formulas themself. If you are sure that it is related to the _TranslateRnd formula, i will forward this issue to Luca who made it. Maybe he used memory for the random seed evolving where he shouldnt do?

The _TranslateRnd is not using any additional memory other than the stack, ESI + D0 (itercount), and the normal memory cannot help much Maybe it's not so good to mix mul dword and mul qword? The only weird thing that I have done. Anyway everytime I use the itercount some strange things happen? Maybe it's not at ESI + D0 at this point? I don't think an overflow matters because singles and doubles can store gigantic numbers without trouble

Another strange thing that I noticed, is that ABOXVSSHAPES does not work well with a particular kind of shape, even if the code of that formula is the same for all shapes except for the shape distance evaluation. That shape uses 3 comparations while others only 1-2, so maybe it's the issue? Or because we are not using WAIT after FCOM? Cannot understand much. I can send the code if needed. (also mengerhyper uses lots of comparations, maybe the trouble is here!)
