mandelbulb3d and mandelbulber

hi everyone
i am new to this forum,my name is jacques,user name blu art ,i am new to 3d fractal ,i am using painting program that have fractal  brushes and various special filter to create my fractal but i would like to use fractal 3d software , any suggestion where to begin .i dont have any programming skill and not so mathematical freindly [i dont have memory of digit
i heard the pro are using mandelbulb3d or mandelbulber.
can someone help
