trouble posting at competition

I have certain images ready for 6-th fractal annual competition
 
At 6-th competition menue I can't found "NEW TOPIC" button and found only "MARK READ" button and "NOTIFY" button. And I don't know how post images for this competition

only images in the gallery can be voted for, so, you have to upload it to the gallery rather than posting
it in the forums-board, please use this link and choose the section in wich you want to compete, it

If I posting a images at 6TH COMPETITION gallery section, then occur error "You need to enter a picture title".
How to fix the error? I have gave a title allready

it seems that this errror is because your image is too big, try sizing it down

But this error must say exact which is the problem as example "size too big" or "try sizing it down"

yes, dinkiday had the same problem, there seems to be a bug in the gallery ... 1920x1280 is the max allowed size now!
