bloom test

in Fragmentarium to get the same look in the final render that appears in the gui when using bloom the BloomTaps var needs to be multiplied by final render sqrt((X*Y)/(guiX*guiY)) using a buffer the same size as the gui view (100% padding in this case).
tested with Fragmentarium-master from github and 3Dickulus v1.0.24, render time and images are the same for both programs
this image was rendered with only 32 subframes
