Bloom Test 2

the final big image (above rendered with BloomTaps = 100) looks pretty close to the GUI view after rendering with 100% padding

image 1 is what I see in the gui and that's what I want, BloomTaps = 10
the image size in the gui is 384x216 (use this as tile size in final render)
the final render is 3840x2160 ( gui view x 10 )
image 2 is the gui with BloomTaps * 10 = 100
