Well, hello everyone!

I'm a 2nd year computer science student (what else) at the Utrecht University in the Netherlands. It was only about a year ago when fractals got my attention, so I don't know thát much about fractals. I hope to learn a lot about them here. Last year I learned a lot about programming and stuff and now I have the ambition to write my own 3d fractal generator (I didn't really start yet). One of the first boundary's I hit however is that I don't know enough about 3d fractals yet in order to write a decent ray tracer, so this is probably the place to be when it comes to fractals. You'll probably find me alot around the programming section grin On these forums I hope to learn more about 3d fractals and ofcourse to share the knowledge that I do have with the rest here. Since English is my 2nd language it probably won't always be as fluent, but I'm probably not the only one here with that problem  tongue stuck out
