What should be possible is to change the background pic in each keyframe (though i don't remember that i have tested this at all).

So the viewer can focus on the background slide show when the main animation is to boring  grin

An avi as background and projected as lightmap on the object as partly movies in an animation, fractal animations in 4.3564 dimensions...
i put it on the last position on the list  A Beer Cup A Beer Cup (and a half)
