drawing Apollonian Gasket - newton method fractals

hi everyone
i am a beginner and i am trying to draw Apollonian Gasket and newton method fractals with TC .
i mean that i want the main formula and some help .actually how can i write its program with C language(i mean the algorithm)?

and of course i am a beginner only. i just working with c as my first computer language for 3 month.
I need some information.
