Trouble getting animate to work in Mandelbulber

I have tried on three different machines, and on all of them Mandelbulber crashes when I try to use keyframes -- I can get no more than two or three before the program shuts down. I have the same kind of problem with flight animation -- two or three clicks till death when I start out using Init3DNavigator. When I son't use Init3D Navigator to begin, the first click after I begin record path, the image disappears and the program records image after image that I did not initiate until I press stop.

I am very confused. Everything else works so well. Ideas? I have removed the old version and reinstalled -- same thing. I am using the latest with a PC using XP on two of the machines, and one with a laptop with Windows 7.

Hello Tater

Please give me few days. I will try to find what is wrong during making animations under Windows. Unfortunately I have mostly tested this program under Linux, so I could miss some problem on Windows.
