Hey everyone,

It has occurred to me that I don't post much. But since I have more time on my hands now, I will be able to share more. But I still haven't given a proper introduction, so here it is.

I am very interested in mathematics and physics. I learn mostly on my own, and the internet is a great resource. I have yet to learn the mathematics needed for theories like General Relativity, though I plan to learn soon.

I am a beginning programmer, mostly home projects using Java. I find it quite time consuming.

I don't remember when I got involved with fractals, but they have helped my love for mathematics and art. Currently I am working on a fractal music project.

Thanks, scientiaesthete

Hallo Scientiaesthete,

welcome to this forum.
I am also interested in Art and Physics.
You can have a look on my homepage
http://www.wackerart.de/index.html
My fractal programming is also done in Java
This is my main fractal page http://www.wackerart.de/fractal.html

A good roadmap to mathematics used in physics is the book of Roger Penrose:
The Road to Reality. A Complete Guide to the Laws of the Universe.
