Basically, I took what bib did with one of his amazing pieces, and applied it to the tricorn. There are three different shapes you can cut in half in Mandelbulb 3D to get a mandelbrot set to zoom into, the mandelbulb (power 2), the tricorn, and the quaternion. The bulb gives a kind of terrain feel, the tricorn gives long smooth "sticks", and the quaternion gives a kind of shredded leafy look. I've been playing with all three pretty much nonstop since I learned how to do this from bib.
