How to write a formula in ChaosPro

So I just had a idea how to create a 3d-mandelbrot and ofcourse I want to try it out.
Since I already have ChaosPro, I thought of writing an formula and render it with ChaosPro.
But I have no idea how to programm a formula for ChaosPro.

Where should I start? (I already have some programming skills, so I won't need the absolute basic introductions)

I think Chaospro have built in formula conversion from Ultrafractal.
