Since I don't like the way this forum handles large images, I have made this page where you can view them properly:

There's more to come, but not much. Don't know what to do next...

Incredible, again. I see there's another one of those stripy, b/w-ish fractals. If I may ask, does that depend largely on some hard drops in the gradient? Or a specific transform? I'm rather curious... oh, and did I say, incredible!!!  cheesy

Someday, man will understand primary theory; how every aspect of our universe has come about. Then we will describe all of physics, build a complete understanding of genetic engineering, catalog all planets, and find intelligent life. And then we'll just puzzle over fractals for eternity.

Thank you very much! Which fractal do you mean exactly? This one?
http://i538.photobucket.com/albums/ff342/formule/Apophysis_090730_924_by_DinkydauSet.png

Use a transform with the variations eyefish and spherical. Then add a second transform with the variations bubble and pre_blur. Choose a high value for the pre_blur variation. Use a weight of 5 for the first transform, and 0.5 for the second transform. You should get something like this:

Code:
<flame name="Apophysis-090729-924" version="Apophysis 7x 2010" size="400 300" center="0.253183302394876 -0.539833813039834" scale="34.81" angle="-2.31814631249887" rotate="132.82" oversample="1" filter="0.2" quality="5" background="0 0 0" brightness="4" gamma="4" gamma_threshold="0.04" estimator_radius="9" estimator_minimum="0" estimator_curve="0.4" >
   <xform weight="5" color="0.442" symmetry="0.95" spherical="3" eyefish="0.24" coefs="1.006044 0 0 1.006044 -0.00185 0.003613" opacity="1" />
   <xform weight="0.5" color="0.597" bubble="0.491" pre_blur="4" coefs="1 0 0 1 0 0" opacity="1" />

Then drastically enlarge the second transform, which should be the yellow one. Then zoom in at the first transform, which should be the red one, and start tweaking it.

Very beautifil images. I like their purity because too often we see Apo images that are a mess.
