Well, to be fair - it is an embedded video and not just a link to the page.

So that meets the requirements to avoid being considered spam in my book.

As long as they contribute something here, it's OK to reference an outside site.

We only take issue with link droppers who offer nothing for the members here besides a link and a "sales pitch" to drive traffic.
