Rendered by my Julia3D software, ray tracing mode, couple of minutes a frame.

The formula is one iteration of the basic Julia fractals to shape the form, and then iterations of power operation, and the power is going up with each iteration.

This had remarked when I watched the movie "Fantastic Beasts" and I posted the picture with the fractal steam at subway from this movie.
The mandelbulbs from this clip maybe was been used from fractal design from the movie "Fantastic Beasts".
