a_surf in Mandelbulber v2. Incredibly fast! the "preview" size @ 1152 and ssao mostly rendered around 4 seconds. But the implementation seems to be a bit different, than in m3d. Many familiar things, but some isolated structures seem to be missing. Anyhow a pleasure to work with!

Nice! I like that a lot. The Amazing Surf formula seems to have great versatility and produce a wide range of cool scenes. I like the red branches--it reminds me of a skeletal ribcage radiating out. I've been able to get a wide range of stuff I like out of this one, from boxes to waves, from the version that mclarekin ported over for me from v2 to use in OpenCL v 1.21.
