Hey there folks,

I am new to the forums and looking forward to working my way through the wealth of information provided here on the wonderful and infinite universe of fractals. I am an art hobbyist whose first major introduction into fractal art was Apophysis maybe a decade ago, I never developed the discipline to do much more with it than mash parameters and triangle transforms until I found something nice to show for my efforts. Now that I have discovered Mandelbulb 3D and taken my first steps into finding some nice snapshots of formulas I actually want to develop an understanding of what I am doing so that I can improve the content I render and these forums look like the best place to start. Any pointers will be highly valued.

Here are a couple of works of mine that started as Apophysis renders and were developed a bit more with a little help from some deep style algorithms and a heap of post-work
