Mega downloads not working anymore...

I noticed something. I uploaded a number of files (fractal movies, etc) to Mega some time ago. Said files are still in my Mega.co.nz account but the links I posted no longer work. It seems to affect everything I've posted links to online. Why is that? I did do a password recovery sometime last year, but I'm not sure why that would cause my old links to stop working. Any ideas???

Really annoying because people may have tried to download my movies but the links did not work.

i am unaware of mega's policy regarding timeout, activation, and wether links time out

since i personally rate the mega upload as a severe doubtful site, and most possible it is that the service is cancelled sooner or later due to the infrignement of its owner, i would sugest using another service for that, e.g. dropbox

so, we can not answer questions related to an external service here, sorry!!

this has to be answered by megaupload, why a link is not working anymore... we can not do anything about it
