Anyone thought of implementing Perturbation on Android?

Wondering if anyone has thought about or attempted to port any of the newer programs that implement perturbation (Kalles Fraktaler or Mandel Machine are the only two I know of) on Android?

I'd have a go but know nothing about how one would go about it.  I'll offer encouragement to anyone who gives it a go though :-)

Would love to have something with the deep zooming speed of KF or MM running on my phone.
