This is NOT mine!

But I came across it the other day on Reddit and it's such a brilliant implemenation of GPU-rendered fluid dynamics I had to post it:

this is even more incredible than i thought!

try these:

draw some forms and after a while click reset particles to clean the mess, but keep the movement.

right click anywhere, then left klick somewhere else.
super fast, perectly straight line

or klick and hold but only make the tiniest movement, barely visible.
then take "solve iterations" handle and let it oscillate full left to full right at a constant frequency. it can take a few seconds but then suddenly: cymatics!
try different frequencies!

and leave it open in the background. sometimes you come back to it and it shows the weirdest forms...

Source code  ? Cool GFX effects ?

Try Inigo's Shadertoy page - NB. not protected against crashes therefore you may need to find a way into an individual "toy" that will work on your browser/video card combination:

https://www.shadertoy.com/

This one def. works for me (Mac and Firefox):

Yeah, I think I know that site a little  cheesy

But this is beyond cool GFX effects, and something that is not possible to do yet in Shadertoy  hurt
