Hi,
I've been seeing the fractal flames jWildfire produces for some while now and I think your work on the program is introducing a new and appealing aspect of the fractal flame image.
This one looks very nice.
I've still no java installed on my systems. :-(|

Keep on keepin up the good work you do on and with jWildfire!

Andreas, Very nice work!
Andreas, what version of the program implemented to work with layers and how to work with layers?

I love to work in your program, I have version 1.04.
I see the file j-wildfire-applet.jar but what does it serve? He runs and generates random flames and what's next?

Hi,

the layerz-capable version is still in work because there were so many changes necessary (because this aspect affects all modules). So, the upcoming release 1.1 will have layerz enabled.

The applet is just for fun, was initially designed to run on web-pages, but I did not get to work in any modern browser, so I just included it in the main package. ("Next" creates just the next random flame and you can copy the params to the clipboard. May make sense on very limited computers were you would play Solitaire instead cheesy)

Now I understand! Thank you for the quick reply Andreas. I have already told friends about the program with support for layers. All were very interested and waiting release.

BETA-testing-phase starts probably tomorrow, so the wait for the release will not as such long as I initially thought :-)
