3d browser size + upscale small images

hi jesse,

with my now handy computer it is a pure joy to explore the world of mandelb ulb3d, hours of journey await me

2 things bug me a little bit since working with mb3d:

- how can the realtime browser window be resized?!
- wouldnt it be nicel, if too small render images could be upscaled? i mean,an option for downsizing is already there

no hurry, juist my 5 cents for making the program even more worthwile!
