Equation Fractal Binary

Fractal Binary is a Form of using Waves as Numbers.  These Waves Behave in the Sequence Shown in the Kids Music Video (I am Still working on) here...

This is Physics Describing Math!  

As the number grows higher we are breaking the number 1 up into smaller and smaller wavelengths and frequency's.

We take 1 and we break it up using a simple Frequency Bit (fb) for short.  These frequency bits are then added and subtracted AT THE SAME TIME! because they are WAVES, and they Come from the Same Fundamental Frequency of 1, the new wave "number" is produced instantaneously?  I THINK it may be possible.  

Would someone here like to help figure out how to build a device to add and subtract the waves using the Method Below?
