I am VP & Head Of Sales at Mission Engineering (just letting you know so you know I have a bias if I answer any questions/offer help- although I will always try to be as impartial as humanly possible lol). I thought I would sign up to this to see what's going on on the community and offer help where I can. We work closely with the friendly peeps at Fractal and absolutely love the product

Greetings, and welcome to this particular forum !!!   

Not sure what and where you are talking about when you say "peeps at Fractal", because I can probably name quite a few groups, organizations and other such entities that use that name (or a portion thereof).  Wished you had actually mentioned what the "product" was, or at least given a link to their site, so that others could check it out (some of us are interested in all things FRACTAL).
