To make this, I have used Photoshop first, to modify the original photograph:

I then put a fractal on the image:

Making it more evil:

Rectangle images don't look so good in fractals, + some radial blur:

Creating a nice Julia N shape around the picture:

Adjusting the colors and zooming in, done.

My favorite image of all these is the one called "Scayray.jpg" cheesy

Though the scariest has to be the original one found on ImageShack. evil
