Is it possible to increase the iterations in order to make the Integer Power (z sliced) Mandelbrot edges with more detail?

it is, but i think it is not a problem of iteration here, because the default is 60 iterations in mandelbulb 3d, please adjust your min-distance value
in the "render" tab of mb3d to a smaller value to bring out the border detail

Thanks for the info.

However, it doesn't seem to do anything.

Are you talking about the Min Distance in the Navigator window?  I couldn't find a "render" tab anywhere in the main program window....I guess I'm totally missing it.

Help would be much appreciated.
