ehrm, it is rather small, and very stylish, but a bit toooooooooooooooooo minimalistic, just my five cents

Well, it could be interesting... but I don't see fractal details or repetition in this in image.

I said in this image, not in the figure! Zooming at 4x I can recognize some more repetition, but I cannot see them normally. I suggest you to play a bit with the colors or, if you want it in grayscale only, to improve the contrast. I would also use a format that enhances the details (like 2:5... or 5:2, it depends from the orientation you want to have).

To be honest I find this uninteresting because it's not deep, nothing special going on with the colors etc. It's also not centered correctly. I prefer your buddhabrots and this kind of atmospheric stuff:
