Someone at demoscene using my idea/formula/params

It's an an entry for some contest, and he's clearly using the GLSL code of my X-Raytracer, the SurfaceKIFS formula, and even the presets included in the .frag! 

But also is a nice demo, and he made some nice post-effects. 

But I could prove to the judges of that competition that he stoled my work, and ask for him to be disqualified. 

But is great to see fractals in demoscene.   

But at least I would like to be credited! 

What do you think I should do?

Just give him/her the option to choose between credit you & disqualification because of plagiarisme.

Seen the bad quality of the animation behind that overall banding ánd irritating "musick" it looks like someone tries to offend you ,even more than winning the contest

Hi,
IMHO since Fractals are based on open-to-everyone maths formulas, this kind of Art is part of the "Everything is a remix" cultural movement.
One should be glad that someone else "remixed"/took things/got inspiration from him ( ). And here he obviously worked a little to produce a video (  ) .
You should be credited if you can prove that he used your formulas ( ) . And if this is true he is kinda dishonest not to have credited you (so i can see why you're angry ).
Wait for his response before telling the judges, see if he is honest.

Oh, I only saw the Youtube video... too bad on my part, already put a comment on YT complaining, I must apologize now 
In fact I only wished to be credited, not too much because of the X-Ray tracer, it's a simple idea btw, and I shared the code for people to use it, but more because he used almost every preset on the .frag for the animation.

Further the "Akronyme Analogiker" are not anyone in the demo scene. I rember a special feature in the most serious it magazine in Germany - ct - for their demo Hartverdrahtet.
So be proud!
